KillerTech One provides payment processing and subscription management services for various digital properties operated by Killer Tech Solutions, LLC.
2. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Abuse of the Service may result in termination of your account.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Refund Policy

Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally final. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@killer.tech within 7 days of purchase. Include your transaction ID and reason for the request.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted if:
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
- Technical issues prevented access to purchased content
- The service was significantly misrepresented
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
